Three (3) site visits per season

Spring startup and backflow testing

We turn on the water supply, test your backflow preventer and submit results to your local water company.  Then we activate the controller and test the sprinklers.  We’ll also make adjustments to hardware and provide a repair estimate, if needed. 

Mid-Summer System Inspection

Inspections are the best way to find small issues before they become big problems.  We’ll test your sprinkler system by manually turning it on and inspecting hardware, coverage, and more.

Fall Winterization

All water is removed from the system with compressed air, while sensitive hardware such as the backflow device and controller are protected from cold and power surge. 

Valued at $545, Seasonal Clients pay $300!

Repair services not included.

Seasonal Contract repair rate $95/hour.

1) Fully operational, automated, and leak free.

2) Working backflow device, tested in 2025. 

3) Controller access from outside your home.
