Irrigation Sprinkler Maintenance

Do you know where your water meter is? Locating your meter is the first step in our inspection process.  It's the most reliable place to shut off the water in case of an emergency.

Your irrigation system has manufacturers' recommended pressure limits.  The lowest rating is 80psi for black plastic pipes.  We test the water pressure (psi) during inspections.

Backflow prevention is required because it protects the clean water for you and your neighbors.  Your water company wants you to have it tested annually to be sure it works.

Your sprinkler controller should aways be in control.  If you have to push a button to make it work, then you may be ready for an upgrade.  We install user friendly platforms, such as Rain Bird.

Electronic valves operate the different "zones" of your sprinkler system.  They can be difficult to find when buried underground, but we use specialized tools to locate them anywhere.

Our process includes a visual inspection of your sprinklers while they are operating.  This tells us what's working, and what needs to change, such as design layout, watering schedule, and more.
