Criteria for Preferred Status :

 To verify your sprinkler system is in qualifying condition, 

we'll need to follow these 3 steps.

1. First we need to conduct an inspection to determine the current condition of your sprinklers and estimate repairs if any.  Significant issues, such as leaks, must be addressed.   Preliminary inspection and repairs to be made at normal rates.  Preferred Systems must be operational and leak free to qualify for preferred status. 
2. Current backflow test report (this year), conducted by us or another certified tester.  Your water company can provide a copy of your last test report, or we can perform a new test for you.  Failed results include an estimate of repairs.  Preferred Systems must have functioning backflow prevention.
3. Preferred Systems must have automated controls located outside the home.  We can relocate your inside controller to an exterior wall, for a small repair fee, in order to meet this important criteria.  

Services Description

Spring startup and Backflow testing

We turn on the water supply, test your backflow preventer and submit results to your local water company.  Then we activate the controller and test the sprinklers.  We’ll also make adjustments to hardware and provide a repair estimate, if needed.

Mid-Summer system inspection

Inspections are the best way to find and fix small issues before they become big problems.  We’ll test your sprinkler system by manually turning it on and inspecting hardware, coverage, and more.

Winterization

All water is removed from the system with compressed air, while sensitive hardware such as the backflow device and controller are protected from cold and electrical power surge.  

Discounted repairs

No repair work is included in this package, however, Preferred Clients enjoy reduced labor rate of $95/hour.
